Warranty Information:
Pyramid Bowling products are backed by a generous warranty timeframe, up to 2 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product. If any defects in the workmanship or material occur within the set warranty period, a warranty claim may be filed for a replacement item.

Defects in workmanship or materials that are eligible for warranty claim may include but are not limited to:

-Defective bag handles
-Defective zippers
-Cracked bowling balls
-Shoes coming unglued/loose at seams
-Loose stitching on bag

Warranty claims will be approved on a case by case basis in compliance with our warranty terms. Normal or excessive wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. Pyramid Bowling products purchased through Amazon, eBay or WalMart Marketplace come with a standard 6 month warranty timeframe. Pyramid Bowling products purchased through bowlingball.com come with an exclusive extended warranty, giving you up to 2 years from the date of purchase.

To initiate a warranty claim on a bowlingball.com purchase, please email support@bowlingball.com with photos of the defect and your original order number (if applicable).

To initiate a warranty claim on Amazon, eBay or WalMart Marketplace, please reach out to the seller of the item on the appropriate selling venue.
