Warranty Information:
Pyramid Bowling products are backed by a generous warranty timeframe, including up to 6 year warranty for bags, and a 2 year warranty for shoes and balls. If any defects in the workmanship or material occur within the set warranty period, a warranty claim may be filed for a replacement item.

This warranty period will be in effect from the date of purchase of the Pyramid product.

Defects in workmanship or materials that are eligible for warranty claim may include but are not limited to:

-Broken bag handles
-Broken zippers
-Cracked bowling balls
-Shoes coming unglued/loose at seams
-Loose stitching on bag

Warranty claims will be approved on a case by case basis in compliance with our warranty terms. Normal or excessive wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@bowlingball.com with photos of the defect and your original order number (if applicable).
